Muay Thai πŸ₯Š

Developed over hundreds of years, Muay Thai is one of the most recognized and practiced martial arts in the world.

You will learn to incorporate all your body using Punches, Kicks, Elbows and Knees in the β€œArt of Eight Limbs”.

Muay Thai classes will be led by head coach Hasan Karaki.

Whether you plan on joining the yoga class after Jiu Jitsu or you just want to come in to unwind, the Monday Night Yoga class has something for everyone.

It will be a great addition to your workout by adding a rebalancing stretch after your rolls, as well as a great introduction to yoga and its benefits.

Vinyasa, ashtanga-inspired and yin yoga flows are waiting for you on a weekly basis.

The yoga class is led by our yoga guru Tiara-Lee Matar.
